Wow, five days of rain with no sunshine really plays havoc with ones’ mental status. I know that these last few days are really starting to get to me. It slowly begins to rob you of your energy and motivation to get things done. It makes it harder to concentrate on work and be productive. I think the best part is when mentally healthy people complain about how bad it is. That’s when you know it may be time to take a mental health day by getting rest, exercise and eating well. Then when the sun comes back out you will be ready to go.
