Depression raised its ugly head and claimed another victim on November 10, 2009 when it threw Robert Enke in front of train in Hanover. This story touched me because it show’s that people who seem to have so much to live for can still lose their battle with depression when not treated properly.
I urge everybody who has these horrible feelings to work with your doctors, spouses and loved ones to get the help you need. It takes time to change the behaviour and work with the medications needed to bring you back to your true self.
Let’s not lose another person.
